we went for a STAYCATION at the wild horse resort, and can i tell you this is the funnest place
i've ever stayed out. every hour they had activitys for the kids
first up the slide race...
we heaps didnt come in too strong here
but in the watermellon eating contest dax and jace tyed for 5th
in the adult round.. i took first and matt 3rd
grandma and grandpa came and touched toes and shaked there booties all in the name of old maid
and got the most delish nachos which were devoured in .5 seconds.. thank you!
the boys made all sorts of freinds from all the diffrent games they had going on
and then one of my favorite parts they set up a big scream and played kong fu panda 2 under the stars
and then they crashed as soon as there heads hit the pillows
the next morning the t-horneys meet up with us
and the boys swam there hearts out
and when it was time to head home...
a few of them were kicking and screaming!
guess will have to head back sometime soon!

WOW! I have been missing all the fabulous Spring Break action. Looks like the funnest spring break ever from the carnival, lemonade stand, to the grand fanale at that fun resort. I can see a girls trip to that place. And if not I vote we have our own watermellon contest no matter where we are. I am proud that you pulled out the victory! I am so ready for that warm weather! I'm glad you have been living it up. Spring Break is always just a little teaser for summer and gets me SO excited! I love you and am so glad that you keep up your posting so I get a glimpse into your fun life. xoxo

That place was seriously the coolest resort we have been to, the activities lady alone blew my mind. You should send the watermellon pics to Tosh, I think he would agree they are the same size:) Thanks for having us come enjoy that fabulous place with you, I think it might be my new happy place! maybe next time they will have a "colada contest" for big D:)
That sounds like one heck of a staycation to me! Love the watermelon contest... we just may have to see that live as one of our Easter activities...don't know if you would hold a candle to us peeps up north:) So glad you guys had fun!
Love it! Looks like a perfect way to celebrate spring! So glad mom n dad joined in on the fun!! That will be a memory mom will be smiling about as she is in the cold Utah weather! Proud of you for representing in the contest! I always tell my kids about you winning the 2 liter rootbeer chug. You age 5 against full grown men and you WON! Talen, t talent I tell ya! I love u
Yay you went to our favorite resort! Do you remember that we used to go there all the time? I looove Wild Horse Pass!! You guys definitely lived it up with your parents and the Thorne's getting a chance to hang out too. Here's to spring break! P.S. I'm not the least bit surprised at your contest skills. :) Love you!
