AT THE PF CHANGS
HALF MARATHON.
ITS AMAZING WHAT YOU CAN LEARN FROM ONE RACE...
when making driving arangments always let jamie and ryan work out the details, mary parking in the dark while nervouse can lead to dangerous situations, justin bebers song "baby" can really set the mood for the run, while picking bus seats first on first off is wise, porta pottys are best used while holding your breath, never give up while looking for food, WE CAN DO HARD THINGS, a man can carry a 200 lb wieght while running 13 mls, soft whispers of "you can do it" really help, mary runs like the wind, always answer you phone when you cant find your wife, dont park on the 5th floor, and onion rings and cokes taste even better after a race.
loved it all!! thanks mar, next to do vegas ragnar...

This whole thing proves there really isn't anything I wouldn't do with you! I loved our 4 weeks of training(less since we took a vacay in the middle) on the phone and I loved how you shot down all my negative thoughts. You are amazing and kicked some serious a**, YOu can seriously do ANYTHING with ease! I loved that we got to spend the morning shivering and chatting, see the cross dude and look at all the different styles of running. We might have to see the Beibs in concert now and those tables topped with brown bananas made it all worth it right:)
Way to Go LAdies!!! You amaze me, and you look way to good in that last picture to have just finished a race!
OHHHHH la la you two look fab! Way to go...holy smokes....what else can I say except MARY YOU PROMISED ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! she knows :) good job girls!

Nice work Jamie!!! Maybe someday i will try that...maybe. That is a neat accomplishment.
I love that you two jumped in and went for this with only 4 weeks of training.. you kill me but have inspired me to wanna give something like this a whirl.(well see if it ever pans out..?)
I love the pic of you two.. What a treat to have a buddy to anything and everything with! I would have loved to have seen you two in action. I love the soft whispering of I can do hard things... I have to whisper that to myself sometimes to just make it through a rough day! I love you! I cant wait to see you!
Your my hero way to run that martharon and look like a awesome in the end!
So happy for you both! You are superstars and so deserving of those medals around your necks and they better not be mass medals or else. Congrats to both of you good lookin things!
YEA! I'm sad I didn't come down for the big race this year! My sister did and is making it a tradition so maybe next year! P.S. Those porta potty's in Phoenix were THE WORST! Out of all my races...the WORST! :)
