I know sometimes when you go to ikea it kinda feels like you were there all day. but really today i was. For the first round i headed out the door at 9 to make it right as it opened. shopped for a good 2 hours and made some amazing purchases i was pumped, you should have seen us all working those fancy carts, with the stupid bags filled to the brim with items and kids hanging on for dear life, some of us were even wheeling too carts, only to find the self checkout was all that was opend. i mean come on, us moms with kids running every wich way have a hard enough time just waiting in line let alone ringing it all up. we made though, wheeled those cart saftley to our cars loaded it all in, kids in seats with only a few close calls of run away carts. then we were off to wendys for some tasty hamburgers.
now i know what your thinking thats not ALL DAY. and true its not.
thats when i got home pulled out all my goods to find out serously more then half werent what i wanted. but i was so excited to get things up and going, so i picked dax up from school and headed for round 2. got the goods, and found myself in some top notch phx traffic. Finnally i pulled in at 6:45 with not a drop of energy to put a thing up, and grady was not longer

he had had enough of it. so i'll leave it all in the car till tom.
i bet we have some sweet dreams of all sorts of furniture in ikea rows.
oh and you know i had a good picture of it all but paige took it apone herself to delet it, wasnt to her liking, damn her!

Paige, come on! No deleting pictures. Ryan wanted to do that once but couldn't get to it in time:) You are a true Ikea allstar my friend. I was BEAT after round one, I can't imagine going for a round 2. But atleast your boys probably got to play in the awesome play area without....I don't want to point any fingers, but.... DALLAS, getting kicked out. I can't wait to see your final purchases, sleep well:)

WOW Jamie I have never known you to spend 2 hrs in any store..you are usually in and out and know exactly what you want if you even buy anything and you grab it and your done! I'm am impressed and amazed! I hope I get to see some pics of the purchases you know how I love love love IKEA!!
I can't believe you went back! Listen, Nikki and I have a little Ikea run planned for next week, so if you unpack that car tomorrow and are still unsatisfied, there will be no need for round 3. Let me know what you want and I'll hook you up. That is if you can wait til Thurs.
And Paige seriously could not take a bad picture if she tried, so I don't get the deleting stuff.

Okay, so I guess this explains why you guys weren't at the cute preschool Halloween partay. Cannot believe you went back but hope you got everything you needed this time!! You may need to come again with Camie and I after all.
Does the play place at IKEA rock? Saves my life. Except the last time I went they said that was the last time for Jake because he too tall! Ugh.

Dad and I loved your pictures!!! Grady is changing so fast and getting so big. We can't quite figure out what Dax is for Halloween. We sent a package for the boys to make a Halloween ghost and fall tree. They can glue the streamers on the ghowt. I stapled the example because I was in a hurry. We want to say "Hi" to you and the boys today for Halloween. We will call, but if we miss you please call us back.

Jamie, this couldl be my new favorite picture. I love the heavy love'n, your brown skin and big chunkie ear rings. It feels like a you and Grady moment that only you two can share. . . and you wish it would last forever. Ikea has nothing on that tender moment. You could let the stuff wait in the car forever.
