the GOOD NEW FIRST...
after some quality time with daxy playing with all
the neat hospital toys
Jace was well enough to come home
i cant tell you how excited i was when i heard the car pull up
with matt and jace in it.
when the kid got inside he did his little
shimmy skip saying
"IM HOME, IM HOME"
boy did it feel good.
we had the home health care people
come set us up with all the fancy breathing gear
so we should be set.
we go back in Monday to hear how long were in
for this "amazing machine"
that just makes a
"little" noise and has only a "little"cording
NOW THE BAD NEWSabout 11:00 dax got a high fever so we ran him
to the dr.s only to find out the kid has double ear aches
and as you can tell he feels like poo!!!
me and matt are just ready for a
good night sleep
and grady is so excited to be able to
take his naps in his own bed without beeping and
nurses waking him up.
i just wanted to tell my mom and sister kim
THANK YOU THANK YOU!!!
you both helped us so much we could have never have
done it with out all you help.
we are so Lucky to have to have you both and
we owe you both big time!!!!
my boys love you more then you know.
dax keeps talking about the fun he had with his aunt kim
and jace loved every second curled up on the bed with grandma,
you have the magic touch with reading and getting the kid to eat.

IM so GLAD he is home, and making silly faces. That is a sweet machine! Dallas has been praying for his buddy Jace every night(It might become part of his everynight prayer, he is still praying for Great Grandma:) You two are amazing parents, I hope you get that long nights sleep tonight. I hope Dax feels better too. Love you guys!
Yay I'm so happy for you guys that you are home. That is quite the set up and poor little Dax being sick now. I hope this will all be over soon...I miss you guys ..you know! Well hopefully our short drop-by tonight will get me through another week :) Yes your mom and Kim rock! They really know how to step up!Try and get some rest!
I still can't believe what a week you have been through! I don't know how much more could pour down on one family at one time. I feel so bad Dax got sick too. I just keep thinking over and over how bad I feel that I didn't know that he had an ear ache. I am hoping that they just they just flared up on Saturday. I promise he wasn't sad over here and was such a good kid! I loved my days with him! It was so fun to see how much he and Lucy love each other and how great they get along. He kept me laughing and was always so polite. His mom has taught him well! I am hoping that the sick bug leaves your house soon and that tomorrow will be a new week with healthy kids and lots more rest! I sure love you! I am so glad little Jace is home and feeling better. It is so good to see a smile on his face again! WE love you Jace! WE love all of the Heaps! xoxo
Oh my goodness!! Those pictures just about break my heart!! Jace is such a sweet little guy, and I am glad that he is home now to recover all the way!! Poor Dax too! I can't believe how much you guys have been through! You are such a strong little momma....hang in there darling girl!

I am so happy that Jace got to come home, but poor Dax and poor you! You must be beat, I so wish I lived closer to help out. Your are such a great mom, really they are so lucky to have you. Get some rest over there! :)
Oh man you poor thing. HE is so cute in the hospital gown. Hope he only gets better and better. No more sick kids!!

Great news! That machine is pretty intense! It like your very own robot! Poor Dax, i hope he gets feeling better soon too. Your family is awesome!
I am glad to hear that cute Jace is feeling better and is home. Sorry to hear that Dax has a double ear infection! What the heck?! I am glad that you had some help from your mom and sister.
