latest & greatest

we started a new project at our house this last couple of weeks
while Grady's doing this
we've been doing this.... and let me tell you these boys are pretty good little helpers
minus the parts they would run through the sand putting Matt in full
TISSY FITS because he had to smooth it all out again.

this use to be a big gravel pit that the

boys loved to shovel all over the yard

a few more nights of hard work and our

little fire pit area will be ready for

some serous scary stories and smores galore

wanna come...

Do I ever!!! I didn't think your backyard could get any cooler, but I was wrong...it will be so fun in the fall to snuggle up with blankets and make smores!!We might have to come up for that:) So great to have boys to help do stuff like that!

Too bad you all won't be there when we come to visit. We would so show up with some sticks and some mellows ready from some smore action. I guess we'll have to wait for the awesome yard the next time around.

You guys are brave. Sean and I started that idea and decided it was too big of a job and abandoned ship! Good for you!

Hey Jamie-just wanted to say thanks for the lead on the house. It was really cute- we got to go through it. We also really like Pleasant Grove- it has a good feel to it, very green and homey- friendly- with the mountains so close and the cute canal. I mostly can't wait to get my Jamie haircut! Good luck with your backyard- David really wants a fire- pit too!
